Service Manager

 

Worth & Company is currently seeking a full-time Service Manager who is self-motivated and team-oriented to join our Service Division. The Service Manager is responsible for mentoring, supporting field personnel and providing excellent customer service to all outside customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all functions of a dynamic service department.
  • Work with other divisions to coordinate warranty work
  • Develop customer service history reporting
  • Track and maintain Service Contract renewals and reports

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office
  • A minimum 5 years of customer service experience
  • 10 years field experience
  • A strong understanding of dispatch and coordination
  • A track record of planning and organizing
  • A desire to grow the position to meet the needs of a growing business
