Residential Account Manager

The Role:

This is an opportunity for an organized Residential Account Manager who is interested in being in control of his/her financial future.  The candidate will be confident and exhibit a high level of professionalism while possessing a superior ability for demonstrating empathy and encouraging communication.  Must have the knowledge, drive, discipline, and intelligence to implement a scripted sales process.  The position offers training, the ability increase pay through proficiency, and opportunity for growth and responsibility!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Foster Client/Company relationships by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Encourage membership growth and retention
  • Multiply client opportunity and retention through referral programs
  • Keep customers up to date on services due
  • Gain new clients through cross marketing campaigns


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Positive and optimistic attitude
  • Proactive organization and project management skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient technology skills (specifically MS Word and Excel)
  • Creativity/problem solving ability
  • Team oriented, but can work well independently
  • Display persistence, with strong drive to succeed
  • Determination to consistently work to promote company growth
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance
