Justice AV Solutions is looking for a Regional Sales RepresentativeNorthern Mid-Atlantic (NJ,NY,PA and RI)

The Regional Sales Representative plays a key role within the sales/marketing function and is responsible for developing a portfolio of new accounts through business development, as well as consistent upsell/cross-sell growth. The RSR is responsible for uncovering new opportunities throughout the entire region using creative approaches in coordination with Justice AV Solutions corporate marketing efforts, will routinely measure competitive landscape and communicate with senior directors and leadership accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES are included but not limited to:

Frequent/extensive travel in assigned region;

Maximize customer penetration through use of prospecting, presentation, selling, closing, follow up and account development skills;

Forecast sales volumes, profit margins, and net profit and achieve clearly defined, mutually agreed upon revenue/gross profit targets;

Produce sales trend reports and other analysis for leadership review via CRM software system

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry-specific workshops, both internal and external; reviewing professional publications; established and maintaining professional networks; bench marking state-of-the-art best practices in A/V industry

Accurately analyze and assess statistical data on an on-going basis that impact the industry and competitive approaches

Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments

Ability to pay close attention to detail, work under pressure, and meet organizational deadlines

Develop and continuously evaluate/adjust promotional and advertising activities in collaboration with Director of Sales 


QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS degree from accredited college or university; technology or industry related a plus

Experience with managing a complex, lengthy sales cycle 

Experience managing technology utilization (demo) and trouble-shooting in the field

Experience using CRM packages

3-5 years experience in Business Development or Consultative sales position role preferred

Government experience a plus

 

REQUIRED:

Strong negotiating skills and ability to close

Demonstrated success a must with sales production measured against an established quota; performance metrics will be requested
