Job Description




Maitz Home Services is a growing service & installation company currently looking for a qualified Residential Plumbing Service Technician.If you like dealing with people, are licensed, experienced, possess a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service; we want to talk to you. HVAC & Electrical skills a plus! Position Qualifications:

 The Service Technician must be goal oriented, self-starting, energetic, honest, and ethical. A positive attitude coupled with being comfortable in social interactions is a must. This individual must be willing to pursue and participate in continuing education.


  • Must have andmaintain a valid driver’s license. 
  • Must be confident in his/her abilities.
  • Must have good mathematical aptitude, and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales aptitude is a must for success.
  • Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to get the job done correctly and in the best interest of our customers.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Hourly wage based upon Classification grading
  • Medical Insurance…..Capital Blue Cross PPO2500 (HSA) premium paid in full by company or Capital Blue Cross PPO500 (employee pays a partial weekly deduction) (both plans covers both employee and family)
  • 6 month Disability Insurance at 60% of gross wages (eligible after 90 days) paid by company
