About the role

This position will manage the integration of Payroll, HRIS and Time & Attendance systems, as well as provide support to the Payroll and Benefits team through data management, payroll and benefit processing, reporting and auditing. 

What you'll be doing

Payroll and Benefits Processing

  • Works with team to manage the processing of payroll and benefit data for successful payroll processing, verify data imports, and provide excellent customer service to our employees; Strong knowledge of payroll practices and auditing
  • Assist Benefits Analyst with open enrollment management.

System Management/Process

  • Works closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting staff to ensure data integrity between HCM/Payroll/Time and Attendance and Recruiting systems; Conducts regular internal audits of processes for system and data integrity; Vendor Management

Reporting and Analytics

  • Design and deliver standard and ad hoc business reports for all levels of the organization utilizing queries and reporting tools; Supports Federal, State and Local Government reporting requirements

Training and Documentation

  • Develop and manage project plans, understand customer needs and quantify appropriate actions; train end users and team members

 

Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related degree.  
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Human Resources – Payroll –Benefits - Time and Attendance system capacity, preferably with systems such as Workday, ADP, or SAP for multiple locations.
  • Thorough understanding of HR policies and processes, HRIS configuration expertise, Payroll and Benefit experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication and Excel skills
  • Must be able to effectively communicate sensitive and confidential information
  • Must be detail-oriented & able to work independently as well as within a team
