Miller Brother Staffing is looking for a Micro electronics Assembly Technician for a company based in Cranberry Pa.

Job Summary:

Technician will provide organized and structured feedback to engineering on new designs. The person will recommend ways to improve processes or layouts so that manufacturing thru put is maximized. Will maintain the lab in an organized fashion and will always keep the lab neat and orderly. The job will require prototyping as well as the manufacturing of products, such as but not limited to RF switches, power dividers, filters and PCB assembly. Assembly will require the use of a soldering iron under a microscope, the use of wirebonding equipment, and layout software. Must be able to communicate verbally as well as by written means. Must be self-motivated with the desire to always improve their personal performance as well as the performance of products.


Must have Experience:

  1. Have experience working and soldering under a microscope, parts as small as 0201
  2. Ability to set up and operate test equipment, such as spectrum and network analyzers, signal generators and volt meters.
  3. Basic mechanical engineering Know-how
  4. Expert with MS word and Excel
  5. Able to read schematics and troubleshoot circuits
  6. Printed circuit board assembly


Preferred Experience:

  1. Wirebonding experience

  2. Die attachment

  3. Familiar with Auto Cad

  4. Can write assembly procedures, project documentation and test procedures

  5. Familiar with PADS layout SW

  6. Familiar with running simulation SW

  7. Experience tuning RF filters



  1. Technical Associates degree (min)
  2. 5 years of hands on experience
  3. Able to travel up to 15%, mostly training and production in Corry, project specific.
