This is a commission based position.  Ideal candidates will have previous sales experience in the HVAC industry, and be familiar with the N.E. Pennsylvania area.  Relocation assistance is not available for this position.



Job Description




To confer with existing and prospective customers, assess customer need, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.



Job Duties:


  • Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
  • Collaborate with other staff member and/or departments to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.




  • 3 successful years in sales role in relation to residential and light commercial customers.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the HVAC field is required; this is non-negotiable.
  • Prior success in the industry with awareness of industry and technical material.
  • Strong relationship building skills, customer focused and disciplined.
  • Strong needs-based sales skills and a passion for excellence.
  • Previous experience with in-home/light commercial service agreement sales.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications, MS or related.
  • Previous estimating experience.
