• Following guidelines for meal preparation and appropriate number of servings
• Ensuring sanitary conditions of entire dining and kitchen areas
• Monitoring all related supplies within kitchen/dining areas and restocks as needed
• Monitoring equipment in the vending area and kitchen area for malfunctions
Requirements: Able to follow all guidelines as required for food preparation and supply management, able to stand for full shift (schedule is 4 10-hour days), must be available Monday-Sunday as schedule varies from week to week, must be able to obtain Child Abuse/Criminal Background/FBI clearances.
Compensation: $9/hour, benefits available
