Candidate must be able to provide planning and civil engineering design for many different types of projects. Responsibilities may include airport and airfield design, roadway and highway design, streetscape design, facility design, stormwater drainage and stormwater management design, and utility design.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other related discipline is required. An EIT and/or experience in planning or civil engineering design experience is preferred. Additional preference is given to candidates with experience in the planning or design of civil or aviation engineering projects in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or Pennsylvania. Candidate must have experience with AutoCAD and/or Microstation and associated CADD design software (Land Desktop, Civil 3D, Inroads, etc.). Candidate shall also have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
