Growing Mechanicsburg Organization seeking competent, self-sufficient Customer Service Specialist for our busy headquarters location. We have multiple sites, but a relatively small staff, which makes everyone's contribution essential. Must be confident dealing with customers primarily on the phone, but there is some walk-in traffic as well. Must be able to handle data-entry on multiple screens and above all, be able to multi-task. Detail orientation is critical as is being a dependable team player.
