Candidate must be able to provide planning or civil engineering design for projects that may include airport and airfield design, roadway and highway design, streetscape design, facility design, storm water drainage and storm water management design, and utility design. In addition to design responsibilities, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage internal junior staff and sub consultants working on projects.
Candidate must have either a PE with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering design experience, or 5 years of experience in aviation or land planning. Additional requirements include the planning or design of civil or aviation engineering projects in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or Pennsylvania. Previous experience in building and facility design or the design of airfield projects meeting FAA requirements is desired. Candidate must have experience with AutoCAD and/or Microstation and associated CADD design software (Land Desktop, Civil 3D, Inroads, etc.). Candidates shall also have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
