The Role:

     Hiring an organized Residential Account Manager who is excited to bring the highest levels of customer service to our clients while fostering our relationships and growing our customer base.  The candidate will be confident and exhibit a high level of professionalism while possessing a superior ability for demonstrating empathy and encouraging communication.  Must have the knowledge, drive, discipline, and intelligence to implement a scripted sales process. We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. The position offers training, the ability to increase pay through proficiency, and the opportunity for growth and responsibility!

  • Foster Client/Company relationships by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Encourage membership growth and retention
  • Multiply client opportunity and retention through referral programs and business development
  • Keep customers up to date on services due
  • Gain new clients through cross marketing campaigns
  • Connecting with key business executives
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
